- 1201n Gaming - Asus Eee PC Netbook runs 1201n specs in stock. Specs-Windows 7 Home Premium Intel Atom 330 Dual-Core processor (1.6GHz) 2GB RAM 250GB HDD (plus 500 GB of online storage)-2-game Left4Dead Settings All graphical settings set to low or off, with the exception of the paged pool memory ", which was set at high and" multi-core rendering, "which was enabled. The resolution is 1280×780. Performance The FPS stays around 15-30 frames depending on what's going on. It goes as low as 70-10Frames, if you hordes of zombies around you. Notes multicore rendering is essential because it's the advantage of the 1201n Dual Cure Atom processor takes. The resolution is set to 1280×780 because its kind of (not exactly) as always free of charge anti-aliasing with no performance loss, so try to suit.

- 1201n Gaming - ASUS eee PC 1201n netbook running at stock specs. -Specs- Windows 7 Home Premium Intel Atom 330 dual core processor (running at 1.6 ghz) 2GB RAM 250GB HDD (plus 500GB online storage) -Game- Portal -Settings- Highest resolution and highest settings excluding MSAA (none) and Filtering (Bilinear) -Performance- FPS is a solid 30 frames for the most part. It is very smooth. FPS drops to 20 in elevators (although it doesn’t really matter there). The only drops in FPS occur in large rooms (only 1 or 2 in the games) and at the end (don’t want to spoil anything, but the FPS doesn’t so much drop, rather, it fluctuates a lot more). -Notes- Out of all “shooters” on this netbook, this is by far the smoothest. Of course, it isn’t a shooter per se, but regardless, this plays phenomenally well all things considered. If it isn’t smooth enough for you, you can always change the settings to low, which drastically improve the performance.

I’m gonna show the gaming performance on a netbook. A lot of people are saying that netbooks doesn’t work for games. Let’s try! This time; NFS Hot Pursuit 2 This results might be the same on a Samsung, Packard Bell, HP, Asus, Toshiba or any netbook with that specs. ——- Info about the video: I don’t have a video editor ;_; that’s why i’m gonna put the info here… The specs of this netbook; Lenovo Ideapad S10e Intel Atom 1.60 Ghz 1 Gb RAM memory 160 Gb HDD This game runs so smooth :O I’m very surprised about the performance of this game. The cars detail is very nice and the game runs between 30~50 fps, and that’s very good.
